Who we are

Rivera Talent Group (“RTG,” “we”) operates this site to handle booking inquiries for the talent we represent. The site is operated from the United States and intended solely for users located in New Jersey. Questions about this policy: tiro@riveratalentgroup.com.

What we collect

Booking inquiries: name, email, phone, organization, event details, and a budget range — whatever you enter in the request form.

The Inside Track list: your email, plus an optional first name and ZIP code, and a record of the exact consent language you agreed to when signing up.

Technical basics: our hosting provider logs standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

How we use it

To review and respond to booking inquiries, to send list members the news, event announcements, and offers they opted into, and to protect the site from spam and abuse. That’s it.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Who handles data for us

Service providers process information on our behalf to run the business: website hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (Google Workspace and Resend), and our business phone line (Quo).

Your choices

You can leave the email list at any time — use the unsubscribe option in any email we send, or write to tiro@riveratalentgroup.com. You can also ask what information we hold about you or ask us to delete it at that same address.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows; the date above reflects the current version.
